All WKL models have a drain tube located in the base of the unit on the cold side.
Breezaire can install a drain fitting on the rear of the unit (RDF Rear Drain Fitting). The drain fitting is for removal of condensate. Connect a ½ inch I.D. vinyl hose to the fitting and route the hose to an approved drain. Ensure the ½ inch I.D. vinyl hose has an air break installed within 2 to 10 inches from unit connection. A condensate pump is required if the vinyl drain hose has any vertical rise, significant horizontal or near horizontal run.

This was a replacement for a Breezeaire unit that has been in service for 12 or 13 years. Easy installation and great customer service

Definitely recommend it.

We bought this wine cellar cooling unit as a replacement for a different model that we had for about 5 years. So far, this is a much better unit. It functions as stated and keeps the temperature and humidity consistent. It was easy to install also. It is a little loud, but we cannot hear it outside of the cellar. It doesn't run all the time, so the noise really isn't a factor. Overall, we are very satisfied with this unit and would definitely recommend it.

Lasts long!

The WKL 4000 is the perfect size for my 900 cu. ft. cellar, and it keeps the temperature locked at 55°F, no matter what. The cooling is gentle, meaning my wines are nnot exposed to sudden blasts of cold air. The humidity control is also excellent, preventing corks from drying out.

Hummidity levels were perfect

First, the installation was seamless. I was expecting a complicated process, but it was surprisingly straightforward, and I had it up and running in about an hour. Within a few hours, my 1000 cu. ft. wine cellar was already at a steady 55°F, and the humidity levels were perfect.

Replacement unit.

Easy out / easy in. Old unit died do to coolant leak in area unreachable for repair. Design flaw?? Unit was passed warranty period, so no help from manufacturer. WCE did great getting unit shipped to my installer.

breezaire is a breeze

This is my third Breezaire. The first was for my wine room in a new house in 1992..It lasted 12 years and the died. It was replaced by a second one which I brought to my new townhouse when we downsized( I built a wine room here as well).. The second one died after a power outage and I have replaced it with a new one. I love the Sentry III as well Easily place in the opening from the last one and all is working well again.
