We want to make your ordering process easy. Here’s what to expect after you place an order:

Processing and Shipping:

When you place an order, we’ll send you an email confirmation.

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing can take between 24 and 48 hours.

Once payment is verified and approved, we will dispatch your package quickly. Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days if your item is in stock. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via email.

Tracking information will be sent within 24 hours of shipment. Once shipped, most products will arrive within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping times begin when the order is shipped, not when it is placed. Weekends and holidays do not count toward processing or shipping times.

We ship using UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or freight for more oversized items within the lower 48 states, with shipping costs included.

FREE SHIPPING

We regularly offer free shipping on most of the products in our online catalog. This means that all standard shipping to the continental United States is free * (with some exceptions). All items marked "free shipping" or "shipping included" will be shipped free of charge using only standard land transportation within the continental United States (no free express delivery). 

Quick Reminders When Receiving The Package
Please inspect the exterior of the packaging for damage. Make a note of any exterior damage on the bill of lading. Carefully remove all packaging and inspect the merchandise for dents, scratches, or other shipping damage. If there is damage, call us immediately at 1-800-702-1381. Save all packaging and do not destroy boxes etc. in case of return. You have 48 hours to file a damage claim. Claims filed after 48 hours of receipt may not be honored.

Damaged Shipments

  • Damaged in transit can be exchanged if you contact us within 48 hours of receipt delivery.
  • Damaged products must have the Original box, Packaging Materials, Manuals, and accessories. Once a damage procedure is initiated, the shipping company will return to the delivery location to inspect and pick up the damaged product.
  • IMPORTANT: Make sure the product is available and ready to pick-up attempt in order to avoid delays. If you do not make product available for pick up, you will be responsible to ship the product back yourself.

Defective Products

  • The manufacturer will handle all defective products under the terms of their warranty. Breezaire USA is not responsible for replacing products that fall under the manufacturer's warranty coverage.
