Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4-9 business days (Monday to Friday)

Free Shipping

Receiving Your Package: Quick Reminders

  • Note any exterior damage on the bill of lading.
  • Carefully remove packaging and inspect for dents, scratches, or shipping damage.

  • Save all packaging in case of return.
  • Damage claims must be filed within 48 hours of receipt. Claims after 48 hours may not be honored.

Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original box, with packaging materials, manuals, and accessories.
  • The shipping company will return to inspect and pick up the damaged product.
  • Important: Ensure the product is available for pickup to avoid delays.
  • If the product is not available for pickup, you will be responsible for return shipping.

Defective Products

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to defective products.
  • Breezaire USA does not replace items covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
