Dealing with Wine Coolers Empire was a very satisfying purchase. Our previous unit, that we had for 5 years, froze up on us so we had to get a new unit as quickly as possible. I gave the lady the scenario and she said she would do what she could to put a rush on it but couldn't promise anything. She said that the units were built on a per order basis and it would take 4 to 6 weeks to process, build and ship. Therefore we went out and bought a self-standing A/C unit to at least keep the room around 72 degrees while waiting. Well she must have asked for the rush because it was in our wine cellar and plugged up within 3 weeks. Thank you guys for all your help!!

I like the automatic monitoring of temperature. I am not really that techy or knowledgeable about electronics and I appreciate that this cooling system for my cellar is so easy to use.
