Breezaire USA is dedicated to providing the best customer service in the wine cooler industry. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible and ensure your complete satisfaction.
30-Day Refunds & Returns
We appreciate your business and hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
- All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Returned items will be inspected upon arrival.
- All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Items returned without an RMA will be refused.
How to Request a Return
Email us at support@breezaireusa.com with your name and order number, reason for return, and images or videos confirming the item is in perfect condition.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please wait for confirmation from our escalation team before shipping your return.
Return Costs & Responsibilities
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and the 25% restocking fee.
- If your order qualified for "Free Shipping," the actual cost of outbound shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Modified, upgraded, or custom special orders.
- Items are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Products with opened manufacturer packaging.
Cancellations
- Orders canceled within 24 hours: No fee.
- Orders canceled after 24 hours: Subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production has begun.
- If an order is already shipped, the return policy applies.
Refusing Delivery
Refusing delivery without approval is an unauthorized cancellation. You will be responsible for:
- Shipping fees to and from the delivery location.
- A 25% restocking fee.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items.
- Allow 7-10 business days for processing after delivery.
- If a package is refused without approval, shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
How to Handle Damaged Packages
- Inspect the package immediately upon delivery.
- If damaged, note the damage on the delivery receipt and refuse the shipment.
- Notify us within 48 hours at support@breezaireusa.com with photos of the damage.
Manufacturer Defects
- All defects are handled by the manufacturer's warranty.
- Breezaire USA is not responsible for replacing products under warranty.
