Damaged Shipments
- If your order is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be in its original box, with packaging materials, manuals, and accessories.
- The shipping company will return to inspect and pick up the damaged product.
- Important: Ensure the product is available for pickup to avoid delays.
- If the product is not available for pickup, you will be responsible for return shipping.
